Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your band. If something isn't right, here is how returns and exchanges work.

Refunds — within 7 days

• You can return an item for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging.
• Please keep your order number or receipt.
• The refund is paid back the same way you paid.

Exchanges — within 30 days

• You can exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
• If we sent the wrong item, or the item has a manufacturing defect, the exchange is free.
• If you would like a different size or colour, we will exchange it for a small delivery fee.
• Our team checks every returned item before the exchange or refund is made.

Good to know

• Items that were used, damaged by misuse or are missing their packaging can't be returned or exchanged.
• Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please ask our team before returning them.
